Cookstown is only 10 minutes away! Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious hall leading to a cozy living room, complete with sofas and a smart TV. The large kitchen features a marble island, a cooker, dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer, and a sizable oven, equipped with all the amenities you might need. Natural light floods the space, offering stunning views of the surrounding fields. The ground floor includes a bathroom and three bedrooms, one with an ensuite. While upstairs you’ll find a bedroom with four double beds and a games room, on the opposite side of the landing. The games room, featuring neon lights and bar stools, provides a fun atmosphere. (Please note the upstairs area has low ceilings.) You are welcome to use all the space inside the house and the garden enclosed by the fence. Outside the fenced area lies farmland, where you may occasionally spots some animals such as cows or sheep! :) IMPORTANT NOTICE: Beds & rooms will be made up according to guest numbers in booking Eg. 2 people = 1 double bed. 6 people = 3 double beds 12 people = 6 double beds If you need additional beds made up let us know :)
